We hope that your experience with Polo Panda is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that questions may arise.

Where do you ship from ?

  • We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.   

Where is my order?

  • This is a question we frequently get asked so we put together a shipping guide here and how you can track your order. Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order. 

Where is my tracking number?

  • Tracking Number will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out to us if you haven’t received yours after 7 days from the purchase date.

Where is your company located?

  • We have an office in India and supply warehouses in: US/China, High-Quality vendor contacts in: China.

Which currency will i be charged in?

  • We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

My Item Arrived Damaged ?

  • We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
  • If this happens to you, please reach out with:  

 - Your order number.
 - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Will i receive a order number after an order?

  • Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Is checkout secured?

  • Yes, all the checkouts are secured you don't need to worry.

If i enter my e-mail, will you sell my information?

  • We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Will i (the customer) have to pay for customs ?

  • For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on your location and whether you ordered more than 1 piece.
